Get a glimpse of traditional Bedouin and Siwan culture at the Bedouin Heritage Museum, located inside the Marsa Matruh Library.

You can also visit the Matruh Archaeological Museum where you will find thousands of artifacts from ancient Egyptian, Graeco-Roman, Coptic, Arab, and Islamic periods.


Salt Cave

For a unique experience, take a breather in the Salt Cave, a space designed to emulate the natural salt caves, with a serene atmosphere. The therapeutic properties of the salt are known to help reduce stress, stimulate blood circulation, and ease conditions associated with asthma, sinusitis, and allergies.
