Held from May 2nd to 7th, 2025, the festival benefits from the generous support of numerous organizations, including the European Union, a valued partner for the sixth year, with the Head of their delegation in Egypt expected to participate. Alongside various governmental and private sponsors, this year's edition pays a heartfelt tribute to the incomparable Umm Kulthum, the "Star of the Orient" and a monumental figure in Egyptian history. Adding an exciting international dimension, the festival proudly welcomes Polish Cinema as its Guest of Honor, featuring a delegation of talented filmmakers and a series of special tributes.
