The event is being held as part of the celebrations of the Egyptian Automobile and Touring Club on the occasion of its 100th anniversary, under a new name, Motor Week, as part of the New Alamein Festival under the slogan “The World is Two Worlds”, from August 16 to August 24 in New Alamein City.
The championship includes 12 different races with the participation of more than 300 competitors in all competitions, and also includes an exhibition of cars, motorcycles, boats and after-sales services, making it the largest combined event organized in Egypt and the Middle East.
The championship aims to be the largest motorsports gathering in the region, as the Motor Week Championship combines different types of races in one event, which is happening for the first time in the field of car racing in Egypt (Speed - Drift - Tandem Drift - Drag Race - Supercar Drag Race - Motorcycle Drag Race - Rally - 4X4 Challenge - Simulator - Karting - Remote Control (RC) - and Jet Ski) in addition to a display of modified cars (stance).The events also include an attempt to break a Guinness World Record by organizing the largest car and motorcycle parade in the world.
