Alexandria International Film Festival

Alexandria Film Festival for Mediterranean Countries.. An annual event held in Alexandria, it aims to spread cinematic culture, review the progress made by the various branches of cinema, and strengthen relations between filmmakers in different parts of the world in general, and between filmmakers from Mediterranean countries in particular. The opening ceremony will be held at 8 pm on Tuesday, October 1, at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, in the presence of the Minister of Culture, Dr. Ahmed Fouad Hanno, the Governor of Alexandria, Lieutenant General Ahmed Khaled Hassan Saeed, a large number of Egyptian and Arab cinema stars, and festival guests from Mediterranean countries.
