MOULID EL NABI

Moulid El Nabi celebrates the birth of one of Islam’s most historical and beloved figures, Prophet Muhammad. As a messenger of God through divine revelations, Prophet Muhammad was a role model for humanity and showed his followers the value of humility and simplicity in both family life and social circles.

Moulid El Nabi is celebrated with great festivities all around Egypt. Families come together to celebrate on October 7th until the evening of the 8th , by enjoying various types of traditional foods and desserts, to commemorate the Prophet’s birth and demonstrate gratitude for his teachings.
